  • What’s the fee

    • We charge a 1% fee on each transaction you process, with no hidden fees.

  • When do settlements occur

    • As a default, settlements are monthly and processed straight to your bank account or crypto wallet (Fiat - EUR, GBP, RON, CHF or Cryptocurrency - UDST or USDC). Depending on your monthly volume, it may as well be processed weekly. If, after the first month, you believe in having processed sufficient volume to be considered weekly, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Payout transfer

    • Currently, if you selected USD as the settlement currency, you need to reach a minimum value of 9500 EUR in your balance for us to initiate the payout. If you want to get paid every 1st day of the month instead of waiting to reach the minimum you will pay an extra fee of 20 EUR. This is due to limitations set by our banking partner for transaction volumes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively searching for a banking partner with comparable payout rules for USD as we have for EUR.

    • If you selected EUR as the settlement currency, you need to reach a minimum value of 100 EUR in your balance for us to initiate the payout. If you want to get paid every 1st day of the month instead of waiting to reach the minimum you will pay an extra fee of 1 EUR

  • What are the currencies available for my buyers

    • As of now, the default currencies that will appear to your buyers who choose xMoney on the checkout are BTC, ETH, Dash, USDT, USDC, UTK_ESDT and eGLD.

  • What do I need to complete my KYB

  • Do I need a bank account to sign up with xMoney

    • No, you can create a merchant account without providing the bank details. However, to receive the monthly settlements at some point, you will need to contact us and provide either your bank account or wallet address (depending on your settlement currency preference), so we can issue the settlement directly to your bank account or crypto wallet 🙂

    • If you are a freelancer with a sole trader company, please check merchant's categories.

  • xMoney Kit

    • You can download the xMoney kit to add to your business from the links at the bottom of the page 😀

  • User roles for merchants.

    • Owner: Attributed automatically to the email account that creates the merchant account - meaning that has access to everything and can perform all the available actions.

    • Admin: Has access to everything and can perform all the actions.

    • Read_only: The account can only see orders. Users with this role don’t see the refund part and don’t see settlements.

    • Refunder: Exactly the same as the read_only with only one difference. Members with this role can initiate order refunds.
