What documentation is required?

To ensure compliance with global financial regulations and to maintain a secure ecosystem, xMoney requires specific documentation from all merchants.

Business Documentation

Every merchant must provide the following information and legal documents for their company:

General Information:

  • Email Address

  • Country of Incorporation

  • Business Sector

  • Company Legal Name

  • Company Address

  • Company Website

Financial & Legal Records:

  • Bank Information for settlements

  • Financial Statements

  • Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)

  • Business Proof of Incorporation

  • Articles of Association

Ultimate Beneficial Owners / Legal Representatives

Documentation is required for all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (individuals who own or control a significant percentage of the business).

Identity Document

Proof of Address

Source of Wealth Documentation
