In this guide, we’ll take a look at how to pay when the wallet you use is not on the displayed list in the payment widget.

After choosing to pay with a wallet you’ll see the screen below, where you should choose ‘I have another wallet’.

Once you’ve selected that option, you’ll see a list of all the supported currencies for your payment. First, you’ll pick the currency you have in your wallet (1st image below). Afterwards, a drawer will open asking you to select a network (2nd image).

​Very important: Always make sure you select the same currency and network on your wallet. Sending the wrong currency or using the wrong network will result in a loss of funds.

After you’ve done this you’ll move to the next step. Making the payment.

Almost done! You’ve now reached the final step and are about to make your crypto payment. To do so, you’ll have to initiate the transfer of the amount to pay, from your wallet to the destination address displayed (you can copy it or scan the QR code in your wallet’s mobile app). Once that’s done, your work is done. All that’s left is to wait for blockchain confirmation. More details on that are here.
