An Underpayment occurs when you send less than the total amount required to mark the bill as paid. Since the funds are insufficient to cover the bill value, We will notify you and direct you to the widget where you have two options: click on GET A REFUND or PROCEED WITH MY PURCHASE.
The page shows the total amount xMoney received from you and the total cost of the bill (at the top of the page, you can see the transaction in the exchange).
GET A REFUND - The process to receive a refund is as explained in the article How to request a refund?;
PROCEED WITH MY PURCHASE - when clicking on this button, you will go back to the payment screen, and our system will show you the remaining amount to be paid. Remember that the exchange rates are calculated live at the moment of the payment. So after each 15m, the exchange rate is refreshed; therefore, for this second transaction, we will be recalculating the rates and presenting you with the value that needs to be paid with the new exchange rate.
