Supported networks and currencies.
Below is a list of currently supported networks, along with their respective currencies, required block confirmations, and approximate confirmation times:
Important notes:
Transactions from smart contracts are not supported;
Always make sure you select the same currency and network on the payment widget and on your wallet or exchange;
Failing any of these points will result in a permanent loss of funds.
Confirmation times can be influenced by factors such as network congestion, transaction fees, network latency, and more. While these estimates provide a general idea, actual confirmation times may vary in practice.
Payment configurations and constraints
Depending on a few different factors you might not see some of our supported currencies and networks when paying. Please refer to the table below for clarification:
1 - This is the time for which we lock the selected currency’s exchange rate to allow you enough time to transfer funds and pay your bill. Once it ends you can refresh this rate and try again as long as your bill still hasn’t expired (2 hours in eCommerce and 6 months on invoices).
2 - If your bill expiration is under these times the respective currencies will not be available (E.g. If you let your bill expiration timer get to under 40 minutes, you will not be able to pay using Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network, but you can pay using the Lightning network).
3 - The minimum refund amount depends on the network's transfer costs. More expensive networks require minimum thresholds to ensure that the transfer fees don't exceed the refund amount.
