How to pay from an exchange using xMoney
Updated this week

Consider withdrawal fees - When withdrawing from an exchange, withdrawal fees might be applied to the amount that you are withdrawing; please make sure that the final amount that you will be sending isn't less (due to the fee) than the one requested for the bill, or it will result on an underpayment;

Always confirm - before proceeding with the withdrawal, the final value that is sent matches the one requested for the bill;

Exchanges may take some time to process your withdrawal -

the transaction may suffer additional delays when you try to pay through an exchange. This could mean that your payment will not reach us in time. By default, it is two hours and may vary depending on the merchant's needs. If the payment window expires and we receive the transaction, we will refresh the rates and proceed with the payment based on the new rate. You can also choose to get a refund. xMoney does not refund any incurred costs in fees.

In case we receive some funds after the Bill timer expires, we automatically trigger a refund.

Important note: The funds will be permanently lost if the currency AND network do not match what was selected in the xMoney payment widget.
