By default, the window for payment is 2h, but it may vary depending on the merchant's needs. Below are the main reasons your bill might be cancelled:
Expired - We can only confirm your transaction(s) during the payment attempt and within the bill expiration window.
Underpayment - the total value to complete the payment wasn’t received, and the user hasn’t completed the payment within the expiration window.
Cancelled by the customer - after selecting the currency, opted to cancel the bill before or after sending funds to the xMoney payment address.
Cancelled by the merchant - the merchant can cancel the bill.
Important note: The funds will be permanently lost if the currency AND network do not match those supported in the xMoney payment widget.
