If you wish to change your settlement currency or your payout details, please send an email to [email protected] requesting the change and indicating the new payment details. Check here the supported settlement currencies.
In addition to providing the new details in text format, please don’t forget to attach the following documents:
For fiat settlements, a Bank Statement dated within the last three months, with the Bank account and Company details clearly visible. Bear in mind that the document should be in PDF format and must show the full page.
For crypto settlements, a screenshot of the wallet with the address visible.
Please note that changes will occur when the documents are approved by our Team and will only be applied if you have no open payments or when your settlement period closes. For closed settlements, previous payout details still apply.
