Buyer cancelation:
You have the option to cancel your bill at any time. If you're currently viewing this screen, it indicates that you have previously opened the bill and canceled it. If you believe this is incorrect, it's possible that you've accessed the link for a previous bill instead of the one you intend to pay now.
