1. What is HTP?
HTP (High Ticket Payments) enables you to accept cryptocurrency payments over 1 Million Euros from your customers while receiving settlement in fiat or stable currency. It combines the speed and efficiency of blockchain payments with the stability of fiat payouts.
2. How do I get access to HTP?
HTP is not enabled by default.
To use it, your account must be whitelisted by the xMoney Crypto team.
You can request access by contacting your Account Manager or Support. The approval process may include.
Once approved, HTP will be enabled for your account.
3. Where can I use HTP?
HTP is currently available only for Bill-Invoice payments.
It is not supported for e-commerce checkout flows at this time.
4. Which cryptocurrencies can my customers use?
HTP currently supports:
USDC (on all supported chains)
BTC (Bitcoin)
ETH (Ethereum)
No other currencies are available under HTP at the moment.
5. Are there transaction limits?
Yes, limits depend on the payment currency:
USDC: up to €5,000,000 per bill
BTC / ETH: up to €1,300,000 per bill
These limits are enforced per bill amount.
6. How does the payment flow work for my customers?
You issue a bill_invoice
A payment link is generated
The customer completes the payment
The transaction is confirmed on-chain
You receive the equivalent in your pre-defined settlement currency.
7. What are “Settlement on Demand” payouts?
As an HTP-enabled merchant, you can request Settlement on Demand, meaning that funds can be settled on the same day, depending on timing and operational cutoffs
This gives you more control over cash flow compared to standard settlement cycles.
8. Are there any specific operational constraints?
Yes, keep in mind:
HTP is limited to whitelisted merchants only
Available only on invoice-based payments
Currency and transaction limits apply
